Early Withdrawal or Notice by Student
Cancellations received more than 2 working days in advance of the start of the course will be eligible for a full refund or an offer to transfer to an alternative course at no extra cost.
Late Cancellation by Student
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start time are non-refundable.
No-Show or Withdrawal After Course Commencement
Students who fail to attend the course without prior notice or withdraw after the course has officially commenced are not eligible for a refund.
Course Cancellation or Failure to Deliver Training
In the unforeseen event that Commonsense Safety Training Pty Ltd cancels a course or is unable to commence or complete the scheduled training, students are entitled to either a 100% full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course at no additional cost.
